Last modified: February 11, 2025

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Heimdall Labs, Inc. (“Predicate,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares data in connection with your access and use of our website (predicate.io) and our services (the “Services”). Your use of the Services is subject to this Policy as well as our Terms of Service.

The Company’s registered address is: 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware 19808.

Overview

  • Predicate is an incorporated company based in the United States that operates the Predicate Network.

  • Predicate does not collect and store personal data, such as first name, last name, street address, date of birth, or email address, in connection with your use of the Predicate services. We do collect your name, email address, and organization information if you use our “Contact Us” form. We use Google Analytics for website optimization and to enable market research.

  • Predicate collects non-identifiable data, such as public blockchain data, and data related to latency and uptime of the operator network. If you are an operator, Predicate collects your IP address. This data is collected to advance the Services, not to track users.

  • Any material change to privacy will be reflected in an updated privacy policy. Refer to the date at the top of this policy for the most recent version.

Data Collection and Processing

Privacy is a core tenet of the Company, and we are committed to being transparent about any data we do collect. We do not maintain user accounts, and as a result, do not collect and store personal data, such as your name, IP address, or email address. Depending on the requirements of the third-party service using the Predicate Network, Predicate Operators may review or screen certain data about you as part of a pre-authorization check. Your consent to this screening is based on your agreement with the integrated third-party service, not Predicate. If you use our “Contact Us” form or engage in any email communications with us—such as integration requests, support requests, partnership requests, feature requests, or general correspondence—we may collect and save your name, email address, and organization information.

If you are a Predicate Operator, we collect your IP address as well as data necessary to measure operator performance, including public blockchain data, latency data, and uptime data.

We use Google Analytics to enable your use of, and to optimize, our website (predicate.io), as well as to enable market research. Please see “Third-Party Data Processing” for more information on Google Analytics.

Third-Party Data Processing

To provide the Services, we may rely on third-parties who process different categories of data. Processors are not permitted to store data outside scope of their specific purpose.

Third-Party Websites

Predicate is an ecosystem composed of Operators, Applications, and Information Providers. As explained in our Terms of Service, Predicate is the middleware—off-chain infrastructure responsible for broadcasting transactions to Operators and aggregating and issuing signatures—and we do not operate or control your interactions with any Applications and Information Providers that may use Predicate. Applications and Information Providers may independently collect information about you and solicit information from you. You can learn more about how those parties collect and use your data by consulting their privacy policies and other terms.

We also may integrate technologies operated or controlled by other parties with our website. For example, our website may include links that hyperlink to websites, platforms, and other services not operated or controlled by us. Please note that when you interact with these other parties, including when you leave the Site, those parties may independently collect information about you and solicit information from you. You can learn more about how those parties collect and use your data by consulting their privacy policies and other terms.

Data Disclosure

We will only disclose the limited user data we possess if we are legally obligated to do so by a binding request coming from the competent US authorities. The Company’s general policy is to challenge requests whenever possible and where there are doubts as to the validity of the request or if there is a public interest in doing so. In such situations, we will not comply with the request until all legal or other remedies have been exhausted. We will notify users of legal demands for their data if we are able, and permitted by applicable law, to do so.

Cookie Policy

The Company uses cookies as part of Google Analytics on its website but does not use cookies as part of the Predicate services. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent prior to storing cookies on your computer and will place the cookies only if you consent.

Disclosures for European Union Data Subjects

We do not provide user information to third parties for marketing purposes.
